1. How long does shipping take?

We typically deliver orders within 7–15 business days after processing. Remote or regional areas may experience slight delays. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

2. Where do your products ship from?

We partner with global manufacturers, so many items are shipped directly from international warehouses to provide the best pricing and variety. All shipments are tracked.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can track it via Australia Post or the link provided in your email.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact us immediately at help@whitemountainsupply.com. If the order is already shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and follow the return process.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Check our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
